Shipping policy

Where we ship from.

All orders are dispatched from our studio in Parramatta, NSW, Australia.

Where we ship to.

We currently ship to Australia and the United States only.

Processing time.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times.

Australia: FREE Express shipping, 1 to 4 business days.

United States: FREE Standard shipping, 5 to 8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and aren't guaranteed. Occasional carrier delays can happen.

Customs, duties and taxes (US orders).

Orders shipped to the United States may occasionally attract import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. Where they apply, these are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong address.

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reach out to arrange resending (additional postage may apply).
