H x SKN is made for reactive, sensitive skin, and we stand behind it. If our product stings or causes a reaction, just email hello@hxskn.com within 30 days and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to send anything back. Keep it or bin it, the refund is on us.

Not happy for any reason? You're covered. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, email us for a full refund.

Changed your mind?

Want to return an unopened item? Returns are free. Email us and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Once it's on its way back, we'll process your refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong items.

Please check your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@hxskn.com with a photo and we'll make it right straight away. Replacement or refund, your choice.

Refunds.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
